The experience
1.Contact + QUESTIONNAIRe
If you’re reading this, you’ve already started the process! In this step, we’ll lock in the date, time, location, and package. Once we go over that I will send a questionnaire so I can get to know you better and understand the vision you have for your photoshoot.
2. contract + booking
After sending the questionnaire we will schedule a time for us to hop on a zoom call to go over everything. You can go ahead and send me your desired zoom call date and time at the bottom of this guide. Once our zoom is over, I will send you the contract for you to look over and invoice to pay your deposit. Once you send your deposit and sign the contract your session is secure.
3.Picture time
After we’ve worked together to choose the perfect location and plan out the details of your session, we’ll meet on-site to begin your session. I’ll guide you through the session when needed, but my goal is to capture your authentic smile, joy, and spark throughout our time together. No previous modeling experience is needed at all, I'm here to help you feel comfortable and enjoy the presence of those around you!
4.GALLERY DELIVERY
Within 10-14 days, you’ll receive a message from me with access to your full gallery, where you can download your unlimited number of edited photos from the session.

travel fee
For locations outside of my usual service area, a travel fee will apply to cover transportation costs. The fee will vary based on the distance and time required to reach your chosen location. I’ll provide you with a quote in advance so you know exactly what to expect.
OUTFIT TIPS
1.COMFORT
Make sure you feel comfortable in whatever you’re wearing. If you’re feeling self conscious in your outfit, it’s best to choose something else. You’ll enjoy the photos much more if you can relax and feel confident in what you’re wearing.
2.TIMELESS
I always recommend bringing a variety of outfits but make sure it's something timeless. You don’t want to look back and wish you’d chosen differently. That said, make sure at least one outfit shows off your personality and who you are.
3.QUICK CHANGE
Since many locations don’t have a place to change, I
recommend wearing your most difficult outfit to the session and bringing ones that are easy to slip on and off in the car. I’ll also have a pop-up changing tent available if you'd prefer more privacy on-site.
4.MY PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE
My editing style works best with earthy tones, warm pastels, deep colors, and white, but feel free to wear
what you love! These are just helpful suggestions.

The Details
Hair
If you have straight hair, I recommend wearing it down, either straight or curled. For curly or kinky hair, a twist out or protective style photographs beautifully and holds up well during the session. If you need more suggestions let me know.
makeup
I recommend sticking to your usual makeup routine or going just slightly bolder, nothing overdone. If you don’t normally wear makeup, don’t feel pressured to start now. I want you to look like you!
nails
I recommend having your nails and toenails done for your session, as many poses will show your hands. White, light colors, or simple designs photograph best and keep the focus on you.

also super helpful, it lets me plan
poses and tailor the session to
match your style perfectly.
You may need
Summer sessions can get hot,
which means sweat, bugs, and
quick touch-ups! Bring dry
shampoo, powder, or blotting
sheets to stay fresh, and apply
bug spray beforehand. If your
main shoes aren’t great for
walking, bring a comfy pair, we
may walk a bit to some spots.
Also, pack a brush or comb and
lip gloss in case changing messes
up your hair or makeup.

WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER?
IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION, WE WILL RESCHEDULE (UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE A FUN RAINY PHOTOSHOOT). THER IS NEVER A FEE FOR RESCHEDULING. I WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR PHOTOS, BUT I ALSO WANT YOU TO LOVE THE EXPERIENCE OF TAKING THEM.
how do i pose?
I’LL GUIDE YOU THROUGH EVERY STEP, NO NEED TO PRACTICE POSES, THAT’S MY JOB! UNLESS YOU HAVE INSPO PHOTOS, IN THAT CASE, SEND THEM MY WAY! PICTURES CAN FEEL AWKWARD AT FIRST, BUT MY GOAL IS TO MAKE IT FUN AND TOTALLY STRESS-FREE!
i'm breaking out, can you fix it?
OF COURSE! I CAN EDIT OUT MINOR BLEMISHES TO HELP YOU FEEL CONFIDENT IN YOUR PHOTOS. HOWEVER, YOU WILL NEED TO LET ME KNOW DIRECTLY THAT YOU’D LIKE SOMETHING EDITED OUT, AS I DO NOT EDIT APPEARANCE WITHOUT PERMISSION.
when should i book?
I RECOMMEND BOOKING YOUR SESSION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, NOT TO RUSH YOU,
BUT TO BE TRANSPARENT. MY PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, AND THERE MAY BE AN ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN THE TIME YOU RECEIVE THIS GUIDE AND THE TIME YOU FINALIZE YOUR SESSION. IF TOO MUCH TIME PASSES BEFORE CONFIRMING, YOUR QUOTED RATE MAY NO LONGER BE GUARANTEED.
HOWEVER, ONCE YOUR SESSION IS OFFICIALLY BOOKED, YOUR PRICE IS LOCKED IN AND WON’T CHANGE, UNLESS YOU REQUEST A LAST MINUTE ADD-ON.
